Modern place, great base for vacation. Nice building and rooms with a nice balcony. Magnificent, favourable location between two sleeping areas. Just off the lake and the casino. Rooftop bar in the hotel. Private parking onsite provided. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

I had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in a prime location. The design of the rooms was amazing, and I loved the attention to detail. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the view from my room was beautiful. The delicious breakfast was a great start to each day. I would definitely recommend and return.

Situation: The car parking is a bit far away. Although it didn't bother me, I can see how it could be inconvenient for older or disabled guests.

The rooms are nicely decorated here. You can enjoy an incredibly beautiful view of the lake and mountains from your window. It's a great spot for checking out restaurants and maybe even hitting up a casino! 🌄

The room with a view was nice and cozy, had heating, a safe for my belongings, and a TV with plenty of channels. 📺 Plus, it was just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

The staff here were amazing, they were so helpful in catering to our needs. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the room. the hotel is located a stone's throw away from the beautiful lake and the gondola, perfect for skiing. the rooms were very modern and extremely clean.

The gala dinner over Christmas wasn't up to our expectations and was quite expensive. We found the dinner during the rest of the week to be much better.

The hotel's location was perfect as we were in the midst of everything we needed. the cable car was just a five minute walk away, and the bus station was conveniently placed next to the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast which had plenty of options to choose from. the staff were very attentive to any requests and quick to respond.

The bathroom could use some improvements as the shower had low water pressure, which made it difficult to wash properly.

One of the nights, the floor room heater wasn't working, and despite numerous calls to reception, it wasn't fixed to satisfaction. The unprofessionalism on a night shift for reception staff was evident with one staff leaving only a portable heater provided for the room.
